What is HHLMS, Our Leadership and Affiliations?

Huron Hills Lapidary & Mineral Society (HHLMS) is a member-based organization of like-minded individuals who enjoy rocks, minerals and associated fields.  It was organized in 1959, and was incorporated as a nonprofit in 1963.

Our purpose is to stimulate interest in and enjoyment of the science of geology (including minerals and fossils), the lapidary arts and jewelry handicraft. We seek to increase the knowledge and skill of our members, and to help educate and inform the public.
